Our Booking Process

To get started, send us a message with the following details:● Date of the event● Zip code (to confirm service availability)● Any inspirational ideas or themes (optional)We'll check availability and make sure your location is within our service area. If you don't have a theme yet, no worries! We're happy to suggest ideas.

This is where the fun begins! We'll discuss all the details:● Backdrops & balloon colors ● Accents & floral elements ● Special requestsOur goal is to create a design that perfectly matches your vision!

Planning Phase

Once we finalize the design, we'll send you an invoice. A 25% deposit is required to lock in your date and time. Please note that the date is not reserved until the deposit has been received

Secure Your Booking

As your event date approaches, we'll send proofs for final approval and double-check all details. On the day of your event, we'll arrive on time to set up your dream decoration hassle-free.

Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers

  • It's very simple:● Leave a request on the website● Choose a date and address● Share your inspiration or let us develop it● Pay 25% of the prepayment - and you're done!

  • The sooner, the better — we book up FAST!Ideally:• 3–4 weeks before your event• Last-minute? DM us — we'll try to squeeze you in!

  • Prices start at -$400 Final quote depends on: ● The size of the setup ● Balloon types & extras (florals, signs, etc.)● Distance to your event

  • We're based in Prosper, TX.
    Yes - we deliver & install across most of the DFW area!
    Travel outside of DFW is available for large-scale projects.
    Just send us your event location when booking.

  • Indoors: Your decor will look fresh for at least 7 days.Outdoors: On average 2–3 days, depending on weather.Extreme weather can greatly impact balloon lifespan. For outdoor setups, we always recommend having a plan B.

  • We only use premium brands - Tuftex and Sempertex.They're known for their rich colors, durability, and quality finish.

  • Yes, we offer event rentals for all types of celebrations. Our inventory includes painted backdrops, custom 3D arches, shimmer walls, neon signs, cake stands, wooden props, and more.

    Anything you see in our portfolio is available to rent for your event (subject to availability).
